Each 10’ x 10’ booth costs $1950.

Additional booths can be arranged at a 25% discount for the second and a 50% discount for the third and subsequent booth. Each booth comes with 8’ high drape backwalls, 4’ high drape sidewings, one covered and skirted display table, one identification sign, one side chair and one 500 watt duplex outlet. Additional electric supply requirements, tables, chairs, plants, and other items needed for your exhibit space can be ordered at additional expense.

In a standard linear booth, signs, decorations and equipment may not extend above 8’. All display fixtures over 4’ in height and placed within 10 linear feet of an adjoining exhibit must be confined to the area of the exhibitor’s space, which is at least 6’ from the aisle line.

If these requirements do not meet your specific needs, we suggest you request an island exhibit. Free form or island exhibits may have booth construction higher than 8’. Unobstructed ceiling height is 20’. Exhibits cannot span an aisle by ceiling or floor.

Booth assignments are made first come, first served, based on the date INFE receives your application and deposit. Once a booth assignment is determined, you will receive a kit for ordering exhibit services, including labor, drayage and shipping.
