This month we
reintroduce INFE to you as the “Interactive and Newsmedia
Financial Executives,” association. You’ll see the name
change on our website, on our newsletter and in all
communications you’ll be getting from now on. You’ll also see
an expansion of our scope of coverage to include more in the
areas of new media, such as Interactive, as well as what we’ve
been know for over the years – traditional media.
What you won’t
see is our wavering one bit from the commitment that INFE has
come to represent in our more than 60 years of service to the
traditional Newsmedia industry. The leadership and staff are
always available to you as a resource and as a conduit to the
resources that our 800 members have available.
“We are excited
about making this change as a first step to providing our
membership and the industries in which they work, a more robust
and relevant organization,” said Bob Kasabian, INFE’s Executive
Director. “Over the coming weeks and months our members will be
introduced to an even greater list of services and areas of
concentration than in the past.”
